By accessing and using Titer, operated by The JAR Group Inc. ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Titer is a web-based application designed to help users manage and track various health-related data. Our Service includes: compound tracking (peptides, TRT, HCG), inventory management with COA verification, dose scheduling, injection site rotation tracking, bloodwork/lab result tracking with AI extraction, health symptom tracking (12 metrics), a reconstitution calculator, and data export capabilities. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with three tiers: Free, Basic, and Pro.
You must create an account to use our Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Free tier provides limited access to our Service with the following restrictions: 2 inventory items, 1 active protocol, and basic health tracking (3 metrics). The Free tier does not include AI insights or data export features.
The Basic tier includes: 10 inventory items, 3 active protocols, full health tracking (12 metrics), 3 protocol templates per month, and basic insights (trends only).
The Pro tier includes: unlimited inventory and protocols, full health tracking, unlimited protocol templates, full AI insights and correlations, data export (CSV/PDF), priority support, and early access to new features.
All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You will be charged the then-current rate for your subscription tier.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not provided for renewals or after the 14-day period.
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Service, including peptide inventory, protocols, health metrics, and notes. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure your data is isolated and accessible only to you.
We perform automatic daily backups of all data. However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical information. Pro users can export their data at any time.

IMPORTANT: Titer is a tracking tool only and does not provide medical advice. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any peptide protocol or making health-related decisions. Bloodwork insights generated by the Service are for informational purposes only. COA (Certificate of Analysis) verification relies on user-reported data and is not independently verified by Titer. Injection site suggestions provided by the Service are also not medical advice.
The protocol templates and information provided in the Service are for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. We are not responsible for any adverse effects or consequences resulting from the use of peptides or following any protocols tracked in our Service.
AI-powered features use OpenAI's API to process user-submitted data (lab reports, health metrics). By using AI features, you consent to this data being processed by OpenAI in accordance with their usage policies. We do not transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) to OpenAI.
From time to time, Titer may offer promotional codes or coupons that provide discounts or other benefits. These codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of issuance. Titer reserves the right to revoke or modify any promotional code or coupon at any time without prior notice.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The JAR Group Inc. (operating as Titer) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Our Service integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication) and Stripe (payment processing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TITER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
