2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Information: Email address, password (encrypted), and optional full name
  • Health Data: Peptide inventory, dosing protocols, health metrics (sleep, energy, mood, recovery, weight, body fat percentage, pain, stress, digestion, hydration, exercise, focus, libido, appetite), notes, and progress logs
  • Bloodwork/Lab Results: Biomarker values, lab panel data, and test dates from uploaded reports.
  • Injection Site Rotation Data: Body location of injections and injection history.
  • COA Verification Data: Certificate of Analysis information, testing lab details, and purity results.
  • Provider/Vendor Information: Source names, websites, and trust ratings.
  • Payment Information: Billing information is processed through Stripe and we do not store complete payment card details on our servers
  • Support Communications: If you contact us for support, we may collect your name, email, and the contents of your message

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service, and interactions with features
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and analyze Service usage

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Provide and Maintain Service: To deliver the Service features, including tracking protocols, calculating doses, and generating insights
  • Account Management: To create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and communicate with you
  • Payment Processing: To process subscriptions, handle billing, and manage payment disputes
  • AI Features: To provide AI-powered insights and correlations based on your health data (Pro tier only), as detailed in Section 3.4.
  • Improve Service: To understand how users interact with our Service, identify bugs, and develop new features
  • Communication: To send service updates, security alerts, subscription confirmations, and respond to your inquiries
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes

3.4 AI Processing

We use the OpenAI API (gpt-4o-mini) to extract lab results from uploaded reports. This data is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI's data usage policy applies.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Where We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely on servers provided by Supabase, a trusted third-party service provider. Supabase uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure with data centers in the United States.

4.2 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption
  • Row Level Security (RLS): Database-level security ensures users can only access their own data
  • Authentication: Secure password hashing using bcrypt and session management
  • Regular Backups: Automated daily backups with point-in-time recovery
  • Access Controls: Strict access controls limit who can access your data

4.3 Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain for legal or regulatory purposes.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

5.1 We DO NOT Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

5.2 Third-Party Service Providers

We share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Service:

  • Supabase: Database, authentication, and hosting services
  • Stripe: Payment processing (they receive billing information but not health data)
  • Vercel: Application hosting and deployment
  • AI Services: For Pro users, anonymized data may be processed by AI services to generate insights (e.g., OpenAI API)

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and only use it to provide services to us.

5.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., court orders, subpoenas).

5.4 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Your Privacy Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

6.1 Access and Export

You can access your data at any time through your account. Pro users can export all their data in CSV or PDF format.

6.2 Correction

You can update or correct your information through your account settings.

6.3 Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at support@titer.app. We will delete your data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

6.4 Data Portability

Pro users can export their data in a structured, machine-readable format (CSV).

6.5 Opt-Out of Communications

You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. You cannot opt out of service-related communications (e.g., payment confirmations, security alerts).

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential Cookies: Required for authentication and basic Service functionality
  • Analytics Cookies: To understand how users interact with our Service and identify areas for improvement
  • Preference Cookies: To remember your settings and preferences

You can control cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling essential cookies may limit your ability to use certain features.

8. Children's Privacy
